In this economy, dealing with realtors sometimes can feel more like dealing with car salesmen - pushy, rushed and frantic.  Danny Resendes is the opposite of this, and a real pleasure to deal with.  I found him to be helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and I felt like he actually cared about me as a person, not just a pocketbook.   I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in this difficult market.

Purchasing a home is one of the most intense, rewarding, and special moments that a family can have together.  Recently, my wife, my son, and I closed on our first house and the entire experience could not have been more perfect.  Danny Resendes was our real estate agent and he, as well as the team of professionals he has assembled made this process smoother and more comforting than I ever thought it could be.  We utilized every resource Danny recommended for us and each treated us with as much care as he did. 

 

Our experience was not just the standard purchasing of a house, but it also included selling our condo and buying that house from a relocation company based outside of Massachusetts.  As one could imagine, this threw a lot of wrinkles into the process, but regardless of how much this differed from the norm, Danny was always on top of the situation and had everything within his control.  We were able to close on the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home on the same day without a deadline being missed, which I attribute to Danny’s perseverance and determination to get my family exactly what we wanted and when we wanted it.  He can negotiate and get results with more effectiveness than I’ve ever seen.  My family will always look back at this moment and be thankful that we chose to work with Danny and his entire team.

I wanted to take the time to make sure you both know how much I appreciate everything you have done for my family & me. I feel like there is really no such thing as coincidences in life & I’m convinced both of you were put into my life for a reason. It was like you both just stumbled & fell into my lap! The fact you heard my story, & were so willing to help means more to me than you could ever know. This last year I have hit a lot of brick walls. Everywhere I turned for help, they just gave me another phone number, to contact another person, who might be able to help, or might have a phone number of someone else who can help (you get the idea) everyone kept passing the buck. But when I came across you guys, you never even hesitated. You jumped at the opportunity to help, & have gone above & beyond what I ever would have expected! You both have restored my faith in the human race that there are some generous, caring, giving people out there who are willing to help. I walked into this blindly & you both just took me under your wing, & guided me in the right direction. I can never thank you enough for that. I am pretty much alone in life right now. Aside from my mom & you guys stepped in & treated me like your "little sister" & have watched out for me, made sure I have the best of the best, & going in the right direction. Usually my brother & my dad would be here with me for something like this, & as you both know the circumstances they can’t be here to support me & guide me, you guys just jumped in & assumed that role, & it means so much to me.  I don't know if I will ever be able to repay or thank you enough for all you have done for me & my family. You have made a dream come true I never thought could happen & I honestly couldn't have done it without you both! So from the bottom of my heart, thank you Danny & Michael for everything. 

I want to thank you for your persistance in finding our new home. I recall researching the house on the computer in the office and the continued effort on your part. The furniture we bought years ago fits perfectly as if we had the house first and then the furniture. We screened in the back deck & hoisted a flag. The school system has it together.
